The Board of Directors and Management company of Silver Hill Condominium had many factors needing to be addressed. It began when they found the underground heating and distribution piping between their 3 buildings, which was supplied by a single heating plant, was leaking. This reduced the buildings efficiencies and increased their annual maintenance and repair expenses. The underground piping traveled between the three buildings and throughout the basement floors to send heat and domestic hot water to the two outer buildings.
首页| 麻豆传媒映画, under the direction of Meszaros Engineering, located in Lynbrook, NY; built 3 brand new boiler rooms, one for each building. High efficiency condensing hydronic boilers were installed to produce heat and domestic hot water for each building. New system piping is currently being installed to replace the old original heating plant. With that, the complex will be able to capture the space that was occupied by the old equipment and utilize it for future storage. Additionally, new gas services were installed for the two outer buildings.
The fully occupied condominium has been unencumbered by the entire scope of work. Careful coordination is crucial to the success of this project and 首页| 麻豆传媒映画’s management team, Einsiedler Property Management LLC. and the project design engineers from Meszaros Engineering have been completely in-sync to get this job completed within budget and without any major disruptions to the building’s occupants.

The boiler room in this building at 235 South Lexington was in dire need of attention – the 50 year old steam fire box boilers were constantly leaking and there were numerous building department complaints every week for lack of heat and hot water proving the boilers were beyond repair.
首页| 麻豆传媒映画 came to the buildings rescue with one of their emergency temporary boilers and the complaints immediately subsided. While the temporary boiler was in place, the installation team went to work removing the old equipment, installing two new high efficiency Best Boilers with Industrial Combustion burners, all new steam piping, domestic water piping and oil piping throughout the boiler room, high efficiency fiber glass insulation and a new paint job with detailed labeling. To top off the project, all new LED lighting was installed in the entire boiler room.

ABILENE UNDERTAKES A MAJOR PROJECT TO CONVERT A LUXURY BUILDING FROM CON EDISON STEAM TO聽 NATURAL GAS OPERATION.
After approximately a year of evaluation and design, 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 has been awarded the contract to convert the luxury building located at 145 Fourth Avenue, New York, NY from Con Edison supplied steam to Natural Gas operation.
The project involves the construction of a 鈥渕ostly glass鈥� boiler room enclosure on the roof of the building adjacent to the 145 Fourth Avenue building. The new boiler room will contain a new ultra-high efficiency聽Best Boiler聽coupled with a state-of-the-art聽Industrial Combustion聽combination gas/oil burner. The heating control system was designed by聽Heat Timer Corp聽and will precisely regulate the amount of heat delivered to the building based upon the outside temperature AND the temperatures measured in various locations throughout the building. Although the system is going to burn clean Natural Gas as its primary fuel, it is capable of burning #2 fuel oil should the need arise.
The project was awarded to 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 on a total turn-key basis. All aspects of the project will be performed and supervised by 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 personnel. It is anticipated that the new system will be up and running for the next heating season.

TJ brings a wealth of knowledge, drive, and excitement to our Team and will play an important role in the continued growth, expansion and advancement of our organization. Being the fourth generation of a family in HVAC, TJ is quite comfortable in our industry. TJ received his BA Degree from Rollins College in 2006 with a major in International relations and a Minor in Political Science. After graduating from college TJ spent five years in the banking sector and was involved in Retail Branch Management, Lending and Financial Advising. Following his banking experience, TJ spent five years in the Staffing sector where his focus was on Employer-Employee relations and HR best practices. In 2016, TJ returned to the heating industry and joined the 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 Family.
Mark R. Huber will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer, and Jeffrey Solomon will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer.
April 7, 2014 — 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 is pleased to announce that it has been selected for the renovation of the boiler room and heating plant equipment at the Seaview Towers complex located in Far Rockaway, New York.
Built in the 1960’s, the two towers that comprise Seaview Towers house almost 500 families. The buildings are currently undergoing a major renovation project; from the basements to the roofs. 首页| 麻豆传媒映画’s role will be to remove the existing forty-year old boilers and install a new high-efficiency heating plant in one of the buildings. The second building will be heated via an underground steam supply piping system originating in the boiler room and terminating at a steam-to-water heat exchanger system located in the adjacent building.
The building containing the boilers will receive three high-efficiency scotch-marine style steam boilers rated at 350 horsepower each, coupled with state-of-the-art combination gas/oil burners. The heating distribution system will be controlled by a hot water reset control system, and domestic hot water temperature will be regulated by a electronic tempering valve system.
Heat and hot water services to the building will be provided by 首页| 麻豆传媒映画’s own state-of-the-art Mobile Steam Boiler units so that there will be no interruption of service to the tenants during the renovation project.
Construction on the project is currently underway and the new heating plants will be fully operational in time for the 2007-2008 heating season.

December 18, 2010, — 首页| 麻豆传媒映画, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the large scale renovation of the heating plant and boiler room at 210 West 101st Street, New York, NY.
This upper west side apartment building was suffering from overwhelming heating plant repair and maintenance costs as well as excessively high fuel bills, primarily due to the age of it’s heating plant. 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 was contacted by Marina Higgins of The Argo Corporation, one of New York City’s premier property owners and property management firms, for help with the problem. Working closely with Ms. Higgins and the building staff to identify the problems in the building, 首页| 麻豆传媒映画’s in-house engineering team designed and planned a complete boiler room renovation. The challenges were relatively simple: the project had to be completed at a competitive price; the equipment installed had to be state-of-the-art and easy to operate; the project had to be completed under a strict timetable; the entire process had to be “invisible” to the tenants of the building; and there could be absolutely no “extras” once the project began.
The first phase of the project involved the demolition and removal of several old boilers, piping, controls, water tanks and the fuel oil storage tank. Service to the building was uninterrupted during this process as 首页| 麻豆传媒映画 provided it’s own state-of-the-art Mobile Steam Boiler Unit to provide the tenants with heat and hot water during the entire process. The demolition and removal phase was followed by the installation of a new boiler room floor with a new hi-capacity drainage system, the fabrication of a new above-ground fuel oil storage tank and the thorough cleaning and painting of the boiler room.
The new heating plant consists of an ultra high efficiency “Best Boilers” Scotch-Marine style steam heating boiler coupled with an “Industrial Combustion” air atomizing gas/oil burner and state-of-the-art microprocessor heating control system. Also included in the project was a Tour & Andersson electronic domestic hot water control system.

April 3, 2010 – 首页| 麻豆传媒映画, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to install two self-contained heating plants in the Kips Bay Towers Condominium complex located in lower Manhattan.
The multi-tower Kips Bay Towers Condominium complex, designed by world famous architect I.M. Pei, is presently heated by steam purchased from Consolidated Edison and delivered to the buildings via an underground high-pressure piping system. The project at hand involves the re-allocation of basement space and the construction of boiler rooms in both towers. New stainless-steel chimneys will be installed in existing compactor chutes and oil tanks will be installed in areas previously used for storage. Each building will receive two high-efficiency steam boilers, coupled with state-of-the-art combination gas/oil burners. The Owners will have the ability to burn either Natural Gas or #2, #4 or #6 fuel oil, at their option, based upon price and availability considerations, at any time of the year. The entire system will be controlled by a highly sophisticated and very reliable control system. Construction on the project is currently underway and the new heating plants will be fully operational in time for the 2007-2008 heating season.
