March 27, 2018 – Effective immediately; the Board of Directors of Ê×Ò³| Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas John Quatroni (TJ) as the President of Ê×Ò³| Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Inc.
TJ brings a wealth of knowledge, drive, and excitement to our Team and will play an important role in the continued growth, expansion and advancement of our organization. Being the fourth generation of a family in HVAC, TJ is quite comfortable in our industry. TJ received his BA Degree from Rollins College in 2006 with a major in International relations and a Minor in Political Science. After graduating from college TJ spent five years in the banking sector and was involved in Retail Branch Management, Lending and Financial Advising. Following his banking experience, TJ spent five years in the Staffing sector where his focus was on Employer-Employee relations and HR best practices. In 2016, TJ returned to the heating industry and joined the Ê×Ò³| Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Family.
Mark R. Huber will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer, and Jeffrey Solomon will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer.
